I have always loved the sound of the saxophone, from the jazzy 40’s classics to the wailing 80’s sax solos. With my daughter beginning to get into piano lessons I figured learning the instrument was a journey we could take on together. Brain plasticity is legit as she is progressing A LOT faster than myself! Regardless, one day I will nail that solo from “Rocking Around the Christmas Tree”….just not likely to happen this Christmas season….
